Airius wireless vibration sensor
Airius® is a compact, wireless vibration sensor designed for remote monitoring of pumps, fans, and other standard production equipment, including machines in inaccessible or harsh environments. It provides early warning of vibration issues, as well as gear and bearing faults.
Data is transmitted either via Wi-Fi or over secure LTE-M cellular networks. The robust IP69-rated design ensures long-term reliability. The battery-powered model utilizes a field-replaceable lithium-thionyl battery, offering up to four years of operation, depending on the measurement frequency. An externally powered version is also available.
With low installation costs, on-site battery replacement, and no need for cabling or gateways, Airius offers a cost-effective monitoring solution with low environmental impact. Straightforward installation and configuration support rapid deployment and fast return on investment.
